True Hepa Filtration

CDCLarue uses two types of Hepa Filters on our vacuum and dust recovery systems. The easy to install and remove twist on filters are a Hepa Rated H-13 Filter. To acquire this rating the filter must capture a minimum of 85% of dust particles at .3 micron, sounds impressive but our Twist on H-13 Rated filters as tested capture 98% of dust particles at .3 micron. That is well above the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology standard for H-13 filters and just below the Hepa Certified Standard.

Our Hepa Certified filters are individually tested, labeled, serialized and certified to meet the 99.97% efficiency rating at 0.3 micron performance level. This is the standard for True Hepa filtration, but CDCLarue certified Hepa filters test at the ULPA level, meaning they eliminate 99.99% of dust particles at .3 micron. That is the highest standard achievable for True Hepa Filtration.

Because CDCLarue uses a dual stage Hepa filtration system, our filter replacement cost is dramatically reduced. CDCLarue vacuum and dust recovery systems capture most dust particles in the first stage of filtration, leaving very little to almost no dust and debris to be captured at the 2nd stage of filtration. In conjunction with our patented Pulse-BacŪ Automatic Self-Cleaning Vacuum Control Technology, our dual Hepa Filtration systems delivers the lowest P.E.L. ratings of any Hepa vacuum equipment available in the market today while delivering performance and productivity.
